A. 中ボタンクリックやグローバルホットキーを検知して、ラジアルメニューをカーソル位置に呼び出すために必要です。この許可が無いと、リング自体を呼び出せません。
A. Arc・Chrome系・Safariで開いているサイトに応じてメニューを自動的に切り替える機能のためです。この許可はサイトのドメイン名だけを判定するために使われ、閲覧内容や履歴が保存されることはありません。この機能を使わない場合は拒否しても他の機能に影響しません。

A. It's needed to detect middle-clicks and global hotkeys that summon the radial menu at your cursor. Without this permission, the ring itself cannot be opened.
A. This powers the feature that automatically switches menus based on the site you have open in Arc, Chrome-based browsers, or Safari. It's used only to determine the site's domain — page content and browsing history are never stored. Declining this doesn't affect other features.
A. Check System Settings > Privacy & Security > Input Monitoring to confirm PetalMenu is allowed, then restart the app.
